Monkeyshines Comics #4

A banana-shaped character robs a deserted town while the general store is left unguarded, pocketing items for an easy heist. In a separate story titled "A Day At," the animal citizens of Monkeyshines' Land prepare for the arrival of Bingling's Great Carnival & Congress of Freaks, with friends Marmaduke, Nutty, and Pete planning to enjoy the attractions including a newly featured gorilla display. When the foursome encounters Mary Monk at the carnival, Marmaduke must apologize for neglecting her, while their excitement about the various rides and attractions is tempered by their wariness of the enormous gorilla on exhibit. The issue concludes with a humorous chase sequence involving a rabbit character and various animal companions in a forest setting.
