Missions "Kimono" #21
The twenty-first volume of Missions Kimono — subtitled Les loups de Linz — arrives with a cover that pulls you straight into the action: a military helicopter weaves low through a dense forest, its cannon blazing a vivid burst of orange flame as it threads between the trees. A helmeted pilot is visible in the cockpit, and the unit insignia sits prominently at the top of the cover, lending the whole scene an authentic operational feel. Jean-Yves Brouard, Andrea Rossetto, and Francis Nicole deliver another tightly crafted entry in this long-running French espionage-and-special-forces series, and this 2020 installment looks like one of the most kinetic yet.
