“Snap!”

In "Snap!", Melanie, Hattie, and Lady Gwendolyn find themselves trapped at the Earl’s estate after being accused of theft, only to escape when Warren brings an elephant to break the bars. As they flee in a car, they’re startled to find Clare asleep under a blanket—and when they wake, they discover their next performance is at the very school Clare ran away from. The moment Clare meets her Uncle Ned, something slips from her bag, and Melanie notices the jewelry that’s fallen out. A quietly tense moment unfolds in the story’s final pages, drawn with precise charm by Antonio Bosch Penalva.
