The Dolly-Pops, the world's first travelling musical models, were in Blackpool where their manager had just publicly announced his engagement to Dena, much to her surprise. But the girls had a 'hands off Nick Curtis' rule and think she has welshed on the deal. Cornered on the pier, he tells them all it was just a publicity gag, but they throw him in the water. On their next stop in Liverpool, they learn they are getting a new manager.
