Tony asks Sue to take care of his dog while he is away for four weeks on a training scheme. But on his second day there, he falls in love with another girl and writes Sue to tell her he is sorry. Sue doesn't blame the dog and while she is playing with him in a park, an encounter between dogs leads her to meet someone who enables her to forget all about Tony.
