On a tropical island populated by peaceful mice – and where cats are unknown – shipwrecked cats Black Mike and his unnamed henchman begin the hoax of “Kuloo The Powerful”, a mountaintop-god who demands a daily sacrificial mouse. This frightful ruse has worked for “many moons”, until the chance arrival of Mighty Mouse.
