In "Dart Men of the Moon," Mighty Mouse and Professor Edam lead a fleet of mouse astronauts on a mission to Pluto—only to have their journey sabotaged by the Claw’s agents, including a traitorous impostor posing as Edam. With their rockets failing, the mice barely make it to the moon, where they’re met by the sinister Professor Ohm and a hidden tribe of dart-throwing warriors ready to strike.

In "The Hoodlum Gang," a baby mouse accidentally rolls from Mouse-Town into Cat-Town, where he’s taken in by the villainous Claw and Professor Ohm and raised as a hardened delinquent known as Mugger Mouse. Sent back to Mouse-Town to spread chaos, he quickly gains a following among the youth, turning them to crime and leaving Mighty Mouse baffled by a generation that refuses to listen—even to a hero.

In "The Sword Box," Heckle and Jeckle try their classic magic trick on Dimwit, but the usual routine takes a turn when the bird outside the box gets distracted by a charming lady bird. Written by a longtime collaborator and illustrated by the series’ signature artist, the story plays with misdirection and feathers in true anthropomorphic fashion.
