The issue contains two main stories. "Chucky and Bub" follows two young boys who encounter wildcats while camping and boast about their bravery to join "Chucky's Pioneer Club for Brave Men Only," only to be confronted by the dangerous animals they bragged about facing. A second story features animal characters discovering funny mirrors at what appears to be an amusement attraction, then venturing to an "Enchanted River" where they take a boat ride through a beautiful landscape.
