Micronauts #2
The second chapter of "Revolution" arrives with a striking cover by Dave Johnson — a horned, battle-armored warrior tears through a pile of fallen opponents, energy blade blazing and blood-spattered figures strewn across the ground beneath him, while distant onlookers watch the carnage unfold. It's a visceral, kinetic image that immediately signals the Micronauts universe is operating in a darker, more intense register for this 2002 Image series. With Scott Wherle scripting, Eric Wolfe Hanson on interior art, and Barbara Schulz inking, this is a creative team clearly committed to making their mark on these characters.
