Mickey and Goofy live from renting a small boat, when they encounter a strange old gentleman who threatens them with a weapon, forcing them to brave a storm to catch a cargo ship that he missed. Soon after, the three of them find themselves in the hands of two sinister individuals. The boat then makes its way to the Sargasso Sea.
