Kiani immediately starts killing humans as Cannon tries his best to stop her. Maylander launches his final assault against the Black but only succeeds in causing more destruction. Just as Rahger is getting the best of Aspen, Anderson flies in and shoots him with a weapon that calcifies anything made of liquid. With his dying breath, Rahger reaches out to his daughter Aspen and unlocks the full potential of her powers. Aspen uses these new powers to disperse the giant orb of ocean water that threatens to drown the humans below. This victory is short lived, however, as Kiani stabs Cannon.
