Robin and some of his men set out after Scarlet and finally convince her to go back with them, but Arthur's jealousy over Alan's infatuation with Scarlet breaks into the open and Arthur decides to find his own way home. When he doesn't return, the merry men receive a bag with his severed hand inside, a signal that he has been captured by Sir Guy. The men set out to rescue him but they blunder into a trap set by their enemy.
