In Sherwood Forest, the safe and self-constructed existence of Robin's merry men is upended by the arrival of Scarlet, who persuades them that they have to go back to the outside world to save her beloved, their old friend Daniel of Doncaster, and to defend those like-minded men who are being persecuted by the forces of the Sheriff of Nottingham.
