The first volume of Ran Kuze's romantic comedy sets the dynamic perfectly right on the cover: a bright, confident girl beams at us from the foreground while a noticeably unimpressed boy sits small in the corner, arms crossed and gaze averted — the two of them already telling the whole story without a single word of dialogue. It's a charming setup that promises plenty of comedic tension between a girl who's used to getting her way and the one person who simply doesn't notice. A great pick-up for fans of school romance manga looking for something light and genuinely fun in 2023.
