In "Et c'est r'parti...", Bomber is hired by H. R. Costigan to track down Penny Century, but their reunion is anything but smooth—she slips away before he can confirm her identity. When Big 'Turo finally brings her back to Costigan’s, the tension is thick, and her escape soon follows, leaving the past unresolved and the future uncertain.
Penny’s on the move again, her new hair color a quick disguise as she and Bomber dodge Costigan’s reach. When she learns Bomber has a wife, she makes a risky return to Costigan—only to vanish once more when his ex-wife crashes the scene.
