Mazie and her friends Stevie and Mortie become involved in a charity bazaar where Mazie operates a kissing booth. In one story, Mazie and Mortie are in a car accident in Beecher's Woods, and while seeking help, they encounter a farmer who offers horses to haul away the damaged vehicle. Later, Mazie and a friend get Saturday jobs at a perfume factory, where they work packaging scents and enjoy the extra money. The issue also includes a joke page featuring reader-submitted humorous exchanges between Stevie and Mortie, plus advertisements and promotional contests.
