Based on James Patterson's beloved series, this Marvel adaptation draws to a close with a striking cover by David Nakayama that says everything without a word — Max crouches low, her great wings spread wide against a blood-red ground, head bowed beneath a swirling firestorm that tears across a world map above her. The image carries a real weight to it, a winged hero pressed down by something vast and consuming, making this penultimate chapter feel genuinely consequential.
