Masterman battles the evil Professor Zounder, who has been causing airliners to disappear. A young man urgently requests the use of Masterman's private plane to fly a specialist to California to treat his ill brother Jimmy. Zounder reveals his scheme: he has been using a hypnotic ray gun to enslave the missing airline passengers, forcing them to work as his slave army in a hidden mountain cave base. Masterman discovers Zounder's hideout and confronts the professor, ultimately defeating him and his hypnotized slaves with a ray gun blast.
