"Masked Raider and Caged Eagle" features the Masked Raider and his assistants White Star and Talon pursuing the criminal Tucker Vail, who has stolen gold from the Sweet Sue Mine; Leg Wilcox, a lawyer, helps the Raider escape Vail's trap and recover the stolen gold near the mine.
