This is an anthology issue containing multiple stories. The first story features Sixgun Robin Hood on "The Death Ride," depicted on the cover as a masked Western gunslinger confronting outlaws near a bank and jail. Another story titled "Terror in a Top Hat!" follows Ben Thompson and Bill riding horses pursued by a posse, with a top-hatted dude arriving from Texas to challenge the outlaws. The issue also includes "Joe 'The Boob' Quinto," set in 1925 Philadelphia, about a crime boss who built an underworld empire and meets his downfall through circumstantial fate, featuring confrontations with law enforcement and associates discussing his recent parole.
