Marvel Treasury Special, Giant Superhero Holiday Grab-Bag #[nn]
In "Have Yourself a Sandman Little Christmas!", Stan Lee and Wally Wood deliver a festive yet defiant tale where Namor, frustrated by humanity’s disregard, takes his grievances to court—only to find justice elusive. When diplomacy fails, the Sub-Mariner’s fury ignites, drawing Daredevil into a battle that tests both heroism and restraint. The cover by John Buscema and John Romita captures the clash of titans with holiday flair, all in a 1974 Marvel Treasury Special priced at $1.50.

Namor hires Franklin and Murdock to sue the human race on his behalf. When this doesn't work, he gets himself arrested so he can have his day in court. Realizing humanity won't listen, the Sub-Mariner goes on a rampage which brings Daredevil into the (hopeless) fray. Namor returns to the sea out of respect for DD and to stop Krang from taking over Atlantis.
