Marvel Tales #142

Sol Brodsky and Carl Burgos's cover depicts a terrified man lifted helplessly into the air above a crowded city street, a ghostly white shape clinging to his back and sending crackling bursts of energy skyward, while onlookers below recoil in panic and disbelief. It's a wonderfully unsettling image that captures mid-1950s Atlas horror at its most imaginatively weird, with interior work by writer Carl Wessler and artist Manny Stallman waiting on the pages within.
