Arkon captures Scarlet Witch and takes her to Polemachus. Arkon and Greybeard plot to destroy Earth so that Polemachus can live. Using the D-Machine, the Avengers arrive and attack Arkon. Greybeard stops Arkon from destroying Earth when Thor and Iron Man come up with a way to restore Polemachus's life-giving rings.
