Marvel Knights #3

Alberto Ponticelli's cover for issue #3 puts the Marvel Knights in the thick of a fierce firefight, with the Punisher, Black Widow, Daredevil, and a dark-haired female companion fighting back-to-back against a swarm of armored, green-eyed soldiers — shell casings and laser blasts filling every corner of the image. The sheer number of opponents pressing in from all sides gives the scene a wonderfully chaotic energy that makes it hard to look away. Written by John Figueroa with art by Ponticelli throughout, "Tune in Love" promises a 2002 Marvel Knights adventure that pairs its street-level heroes against odds that look, generously, very long.
