Marvel Comics Illustrated Version of The Avengers #02822
In "Behold ... The Vision!", Valkyrie arrives at Avengers HQ with a bold mission: rallying Wasp and the Scarlet Witch into her all-female team, the Lady Liberators. With the male Avengers distracted at Tom Fagan's Halloween parade, the Masters of Evil strike — only to be swiftly defeated by the Lady Liberators, who prove their strength in a stunning display of unity. But when Valkyrie's true identity as the Enchantress is revealed, the heroes face a shocking betrayal, and the battle between genders escalates into something far more complex. Written by Roy Thomas and illustrated by John Buscema, with inks by Tom Palmer and letters by Herb Cooper, the issue features a striking cover by Earl Norem.

Valkyrie shows up at Avengers HQ and convinces Wasp and the Scarlet Witch to join her team of Lady Liberators. With the male members of the Avengers attending Tom Fagan's Halloween parade, the Masters of Evil attack and pummel our heroes. The Lady Liberators show up to save the day and do what their male chauvinist pig counterparts failed to do as they make quick work of the villains. Valkyrie is revealed to be the Enchantress, however, and the lady heroes are forced to defeat their former leader. The gender war rages on.
