Marvel Age #124

Marvel Age was Marvel's in-house preview magazine, and issue #124 from May 1993 spotlights the upcoming Infinity Crusade crossover event in style. The cover assembles a sprawling crowd of heroes — Captain America front and center with shield raised, Storm, Spider-Man swinging overhead, Gamora, Thor, and a host of other Marvel characters all reacting to a blazing, radiant figure erupting in light above them. It's a great snapshot of just how much of the Marvel Universe writer Mark Gruenwald and company were about to pull into one of 1993's most ambitious cosmic storylines.
