Rod spoils Cathy's lunch hour cooking demonstrations with his wise-cracks. But after receiving a letter from her steady that he has found someone else up north, Cathy is distracted for her next demonstration and forgets to turn the cooker on. That's when her heckler steps in to help her, making it seem like it was all planned as part of the demonstration.
