This Quality Comics charmer from 1953 finds Marmaduke Mouse living his best life — lounging contentedly inside an oversized foamy mug, red-gloved paws propped up and a straw in hand, as if the whole world is one big bubble bath. The cover promises a packed read: two adventures starring Prince Pinky and Pudd, billed as "the funniest kids in the world," plus three big Marmaduke stories to round out the fun. Ten cents bought a lot of laughs back then, and this issue makes a thoroughly good case for it.
