Leo asks Rita for a kiss and she feels she can't refuse since he just saved her life. Rita finds she is fighting herself as much as she is him. Leo has to go away for a few days and leaves Rita to learn jungle craft from Lia and Soong Chan. After witnessing a deer attacked by a jungle cat, Rita has had enough. Leo had told Rita to avoid Sid, but when Sid offers to help her escape she is willing to do anything.
