After three years of listening to customer complaints, Julia finally takes her last insult and dumps the customer's pie on his head, knowing she will be fired. She decides to use her savings and take a quiet holiday in Mallerma away from everyone. But when she is given the wrong tickets, it is her turn to be a complaining customer and the clerk she complains to also quits. The mix-up is taken care of and four days later when she boards the plane, she discovers she is sitting next to the clerk who quit after her complaint.
