“The Rocket's Red Glare”

In "The Rocket's Red Glare," Tom Mason recounts a wartime clash with a fearsome Zeppelin to his grandson Roger, warning that the machine may have returned after decades. When Roger and Donna investigate a mysterious key Tom gave them, they're ambushed by thugs—only to find themselves in the basement, where Roger activates the Rocket Ranger armor to defend them. With art by Glenn Brown and inks by Bobby Rae, this 1993 Malibu issue blends wartime memory with present-day peril, all under Kevin Maguire’s striking cover.
