Man-Bat #5

The five-issue Man-Bat miniseries closes out with a cover by Kyle Hotz that is genuinely hard to look away from: a massive, mutated Man-Bat looms over a grotesque mound of skulls and bones, crackling with fiery orange energy, its maw wide open and glowing red eyes burning with feral intensity. Beneath the creature, a smaller humanoid figure is almost lost in the sprawling carnage below, giving the whole image a striking sense of overwhelming scale. It's a fittingly intense finale cover for this 2021 DC series, with Romulo Fajardo Jr.'s colors bathing everything in hellish amber and shadow.
