Peter Mennigen and Ingo Römling bring their Victorian-flavored supernatural adventure to its third chapter with Skymning ("Twilight"), and the cover sets an urgent, fiery tone. A dashing man in a green coat and a sharp-dressed woman stride forward through crumbling debris, while an enormous, metal-masked colossus looms behind them in a blaze of orange and yellow. It's a beautifully composed image that promises high-stakes thrills in one of the more distinctive European genre series of 2019.
