Miguel Mercado's cover art brings together seven distinct figures, from a glowing-eyed sorcerer in a dark cloak to a flame-wielding warrior in goggles, a towering armored brute, and two elegantly menacing women at the fore draped in black and violet. With Jed MacKay and Rich Douek co-writing and Ig Guara heading up the interior art team, this issue promises a story as layered and charged as the cover suggests.
