Machine Man #2

The second chapter of Marvel's four-issue Machine Man limited series arrives with a Barry Windsor-Smith cover that stops you cold: Aaron Stack's face fills the frame, half-human and half laid bare as a labyrinth of multicolored wires, circuits, and mechanical components spill dramatically from his open skull. It's a striking meditation on the man-versus-machine tension at the heart of the character, rendered with Windsor-Smith's meticulous detail and a vivid, almost psychedelic palette.
