The third volume of Luuna finds its feather-adorned heroine crouched tensely in a sun-baked, rocky desert landscape, her long dark hair swept by the wind as she looks back with wide, alert eyes. Flanking her are three small, round-headed creature companions — one lurking low in the foreground, two more visible among the stones behind her — lending the scene an air of watchful unease.
