Lumberjanes #20

The Lumberjanes are in deep water — literally — as issue #20 plunges the whole scout crew into an underwater world teeming with colorful sea plants and mysterious creatures. The cover, illustrated by Carolyn Nowak with colors by Maarta Laiho, packs the gang together in their diving goggles while a blue-skinned mermaid-like figure regards them with a wary fist raised, and additional mermaid figures lurk at the edges of the scene. It's a wonderfully chaotic undersea tableau that perfectly captures the series' signature mix of friendship, adventure, and the delightfully unexpected.
