Lucky Comics #2 is an anthology featuring two main stories. "Bobbie" follows a woman who uses her wits and charm to outwit a group of criminals, including button-cinching gangsters, by swinging around their hideout and causing chaos before escaping with help from allies. "Lucky Starr" chronicles the adventures of an ace cameraman and newsreel reporter who, after being assigned to document war efforts in the Pacific, uncovers enemy sabotage of a Japanese transport ship and exposes a spy ring, ultimately earning commendation from General MacArthur for his dangerous intelligence work.
