Claire is traveling through the troubled state of Casibria to join her sister, whose husband has been arrested by the government. But when a revolution breaks out, Claire's train is stopped and she is put in jail by a corrupt police officer. Chained to Frank, another English prisoner, Claire is being sent to the capitol when rebels attack their train. Claire and Frank take advantage of the opportunity to escape, but must find their way through unknown territory while still chained together.
