Andy proposes to Susan and, although she is very fond of him, she turns him down because she doesn't love him. At the office the next day, Susan has to stand in for one of the models as the firm gives a show of the latest designs in wholesale fashions. Susan gains the attention of Lionel, the son of one of the directors. Andy knows that Lionel is not in the habit of taking any girl seriously. He warns Susan about Lionel, but she thinks he is being spiteful and jealous.
