As Sally waits for a train to take her to London and away from the embarrassment of a broken engagement, a stranger comes up to her and tells her he knows everything about her, even more than she knows about herself. When he tells her some things she didn't think anyone could know, he tells her he will answer all her questions if she will spend one day with him and after that she will never see him again. It is a magical day for Sally. Terry's parting advice the next day turns her life around as he tells her never to be afraid and never look back.
