Magda has very definite ideas about the kind of man she is going to marry. After reading a book, she determines that the perfect man for her will be swarthy and dark-skinned . Realizing that doesn't match the description of the men in England, she schedules a vacation in Italy. She advertises for someone with a car to share her holiday tour with her. Jim doesn't meet the description of her perfect man, but they are attracted to each other anyway.
