Taken to a remote bungalow by a man claiming to be a former lumberjack who stumbled upon a gold mine, she’s caught between fear and growing affection. With Juan Solé Puyal handling both art and inks, the story unfolds in delicate, evocative detail—perfect for a 60-cent comic in 1963.

Lorena is the top model, but with no family, she has no one to spend the holidays with. Tom poses as a driver to pick her up for a fashion shoot, but actually takes her to his remote, snow-covered bungalow. He tells her he was a lumberjack who tripped over a gold mine one day in those Canadian forests. Now he has picked her to set up home with him. When an escape attempt fails, she returns to Tom and starts growing more fond of him. She has a magical Christmas Day with him, but the following day she starts having doubts again.
