Joe and Sandra go to Barcelona to work in the Spanish branch of their London bank. On the way, Joe asks Sandra to marry him. Although she is fond of Joe, he doesn't thrill her. One night they visit a night-club and Sandra sees a handsome Spaniard named Rafael, a former bull fighter. Rafael provides the thrills that Joe never did, but there are rumors that he works for a gangster.
