Joan is injured in a riding accident, and lawyer Chet comes to her aid. They fall in love, but Chet disagrees with Joan’s desire to sue Clara, owner of the riding academy. He agrees to defend Clara, and Joan breaks up with him. Chet confesses he inadvertently caused Joan’s accident; Joan drops her lawsuit and they reconcile.
