In "null," the Hulk is dragged into the hidden realm of Tyrannus, a once-mighty ruler now weakened by age and severed from the Fountain of Youth. With his rivals' lives in peril—including Rick, Betty, and Glenn—Tyrannus pleads for the Hulk’s help in reclaiming the fountain from his archenemy, the Mole Man. As tensions rise and the Mole Man unleashes his Octo-Sapien robot, the battle erupts, leading to a sudden plunge into the fountain that transforms the Hulk back into Bruce Banner.
