Goliat llega justo a tiempo para liberar a sus dos compañeros atrapados en una jaula de láseres que se iban estrechando, pero el Láser Viviente ya se había marchado con la Avispa a Centroamérica donde cobrará 10 millones de dólares de unos mercenarios por eliminar al actual gobernante del país. Finalmente, tras varias escaramuzas, los héroes son aprisionados de nuevo, pero Goliat consigue por fin volver a cambiar a tamaño hormiga y liberar a sus tres compañeros. Luego logran detener a los mercenarios y traen al Láser Viviente de regreso a los Estados Unidos de América para encarcelarlo.
