Bugs and Cicero are looking around an amusement park before its official opening for the season. Unknown to them, some crooks have been using the park to hide stolen goods. One crook catches Bugs and Cicero and locks them in the Chamber of Horrors exhibit. There they find a pair of goblins, who have been making the exhibit their home between Halloweens. The goblins help catch the crooks.
