“The Circus Runaround”

In "The Circus Runaround," Bugs Bunny stumbles into a wild mishap while babysitting an absent-minded professor’s lab, accidentally plucking the first hair Elmer Fudd has grown in years—leaving Fudd devastated. Trying to make amends, Bugs experiments with the professor’s mysterious "Fuzz Water," only to unleash a cascade of chaotic, hair-triggered mayhem. Written by Michael Maltese and illustrated by Phil De Lara, with vibrant colors by the Western Publishing Production Shop and crisp lettering by Rome Siemen, this 1981 classic features a delightfully absurd premise and a cover by Pete Alvarado.

While minding the lab of an absent-minded professor, Bugs plucks the first single hair that Elmer has grown in years leaving Fudd utterly distraught. To make up for it, Bugs tries the professor’s hair-growing “Fuzz Water” on his depressed little pal, which, as expected, works in unintended ways.
