This June 1959 Dell issue puts Bugs Bunny center stage in a rainy-day scrubbing mishap, cheerfully brushing himself down with soap and brush while getting thoroughly soaked — a perfectly absurd bit of cartoon comedy. Elmer Fudd glowers from a nearby window, clearly unamused by the whole spectacle. Ralph Heimdahl's cover art captures both characters with lively expressiveness, making this a charming snapshot of the Looney Tunes gang at their slapstick best.
